Your financial protection is something we take incredibly seriously here at RESFERBER, a trading name of Syte Travel Ltd. It's your hard earned cash and all of our travel arrangements are 100% financially protected.
Syte Travel Ltd. is a member of Protected Trust Services 5563, which is fully compliant with the Package Travel Regulations Act 2018 around consumer protection.
You need to make sure that when booking travel arrangements with any travel company that you are fully protected and your travel company is fully compliant with the UK package travel regulations for both UK and international travel. Companies can have different types of protection, from bonding to trust accounts.
Your holiday will be protected either by ATOL if your holiday includes a flight or by Protected Trust Services for travel arrangements not including flights.
ATOL Protection
Any of the holidays we sell that include flights, are ATOL Protected. When you make your booking we will tell you who your ATOL Provider is and provide you with an ATOL Certificate when you make payment for your holiday. Our own holidays are protected under ATOL number 11974.
The flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services offered us. We will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. When you make a flight only or flight inclusive holiday with us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Protected Trust Services
We are an Accredited member of Protected Trust Services, who are also FCA registered. All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading your money is always protected.
