We know that times are uncertain for all our customers and that's why we have put together our Book With Confidence Promise.
Where you see this logo we will promise the following: if your holiday can not go ahead due to FCDO advising against all but essential travel to one or more of your destinations:-
1) Allow a date change on your holiday without any amendment fees. Any increase in holiday price will be added to your balance. Any decrease in holiday price will be deducted.
2) Offer a full refund of all monies paid within 14 days of your booking being cancelled.
Other holidays
Not all holidays we sell are covered by the Book With Confidence Promise. You will be advised at the time of quotation if your holiday is covered by our Book With Confidence Promise. We will advise all Terms & Conditions of your holiday booking at the time of quotation so you have all the information to hand to make an informed decision.

You need to make sure that when booking travel arrangements with any travel company that you are fully protected and your travel company is fully compliant with the UK package travel regulations for both UK and international travel. Companies can have different types of protection, from bonding to trust accounts.
Our holidays offer 100% financial protection. Your holiday will be protected either by ATOL if your holiday includes a flight or by Protected Trust Services for travel arrangements not including flights.

Your Financial Protection
The flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services offered us. We will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. When you make a flight only or flight inclusive holiday with us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Syte Travel Ltd are accredited member of Protected Trust Services, who are also FCA registered. All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading your money is always protected.
