As a progressive forward thinking company, we don't limit our customers to in store, phone or email communication. We correspond with our clients whichever way is best for them, whether that be Skype, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or good old fashioned slow mail. Just let us know your preferred communication method and we will contact you that way.
Best Of Both
Our best of both service means we can also come and visit you at a convenient location across Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Glamorgan, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire & Wiltshire. Just make contact with us and we will come to see you. A fee of £25 is payable for this service which is then deducted from your booking when you confirm your holiday with us.

Your Financial Protection
The flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services offered us. We will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. When you make a flight only or flight inclusive holiday with us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading your money is always protected.
